As a Multi-Academy Trust we have a range of schools with individual contexts and needs. The design of our school improvement offer has a tiered approach, with six levels of support for schools depending on their individual needs.
All schools receive a Forward As One ‘Welcome’, which has been developed to immerse schools within the One Family, One Team, One Mission vision and values prior to formally joining the Trust.

All schools receive a substantive core offer of support. However, for schools with additional vulnerability there are extra layers of support identified for each stage on the development journey. We know our schools so well that we support schools proactively. Within the Trust there are a range of expert practitioners who work with our schools and help build further capacity across the Trust.
